- 1-1/4 all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and then line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and the pinch of salt.
2. In another bowl, blend and cream together the peanut butter, softened butter and the two sugars. Then add in the vanilla extract and milk. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients; then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Spoon the cookie dough onto the baking sheet and place it into the oven for 10-12 minutes, making sure to rotate the pan half way. Leave the cookies for about 5 minutes to cool on the baking pan, then place them on a rack until it has cooled completely.
